A control room lined with power and instrumentation panels

Proven fire safety and power equipment, sourced for Pakistan.

Infomap Integration finds new equipment for fire protection, power and building systems, checks whether it survives local conditions, and gets it to Karachi. Our engineering partner there installs it and keeps it running.

The gap

Fire suppression pipework and cable trays in a building ceiling void

Good equipment reaches Pakistan late.

Manufacturers want a partner who understands local codes, import routes and service before they commit to a market. Buyers want equipment that is certified, supported, and available when a project actually needs it. Most of the time the two never find each other, so buildings get fitted with whatever is already sitting in a warehouse.

We work on that gap. We look at what is new, decide if it can survive here, buy it, and hand it to a team that installs it.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

01

Product scouting

We track what is being released in fire protection, power, building automation and IoT. For each product we look at three things: what it does, what it costs to run over five years, and whether anyone here can service it. Most products fail on the third one.

02

Vendor qualification

Before anything goes near a project we check the certification, spare parts availability, warranty terms and training support. UL, FM, LPCB and EN listings get verified, not assumed. If a product cannot be repaired in Karachi within a reasonable time, we do not recommend it.

03

Supplier access when it is needed

Tenders in Pakistan close fast, and a bid usually stalls waiting on a price, a lead time or a technical clearance from a manufacturer abroad. We are the side that chases that. Being in the United States means we reach suppliers in their working hours, in their language, with the paperwork they expect.

04

Purchase and shipping

We buy the equipment, handle the export documentation and get it landed. On the orders we take part in we cover the purchase ourselves, so a project is not waiting on a payment cycle to release stock.

Clients

What our partner already runs.

Everything we source goes to Dynamic Technology Suppliers in Karachi. This is what they already handle.

01

Eleven years supplying and maintaining fire, power, HVAC, solar and building systems, with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad

02

A registered importer and exporter

03

Clients including Dow University of Health Sciences, Ericsson, S&P Global and Novex Pharma

04

Live work across government, healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, telecom, food manufacturing and retail sites

05

Installing and servicing fire detection, suppression, power and access control equipment from established German, American and British manufacturers

06

Maintenance and manning teams on the sites they cover, so equipment stays serviced after handover

Focus areas

Where we look.

Addressable and conventional fire alarm panels, detection, aspirating smoke detection, clean agent and water based suppression, hydrant and sprinkler components, and extinguishers. This is our first focus and the area where the wrong choice costs the most.

Fire protection and life safety

UPS systems, batteries, transfer switches and voltage regulation. Pakistani sites run harder on backup power than most markets. Equipment rated for a stable grid tends not to last here, and we test for that.

Power and UPS

Controllers, access control, field devices and head end software for HVAC, lighting and security. We pay attention to open protocols like BACnet and Modbus, because a building locked into one vendor is a building that stops being maintained.

Building automation

Sensors and gateways that report on equipment condition, energy use, air quality, water leaks and pump status. The point is simple: know a system has failed before a client calls to tell you.

IoT and remote monitoring

Controls, drives and metering that cut running cost on existing plant without replacing it. Retrofit is usually the realistic option for the buildings we work in.

How we work

Step 1

Watch

We follow product releases, trade shows and standards updates in the areas above. We keep a running shortlist rather than reacting when a project is already tendered.

Step 2

Test the fit

We compare the shortlist against what a Pakistani site actually needs. Voltage, dust, heat, humidity, grid quality, code requirements, and whether a technician here can be trained on it.

Step 3

Buy and ship

We place the order, cover it, handle the paperwork and get it moving. Our partner clears customs and takes delivery.

Step 4

Stay on it

We collect feedback from live sites and send it back to the manufacturer. Equipment that keeps failing gets dropped from the list.

Partnership

How we work with DTS.

Infomap Integration is the international sourcing partner for Dynamic Technology Suppliers in Karachi. DTS supplies, installs and maintains fire protection, power, HVAC, solar, CCTV and building automation systems, and provides maintenance and manning teams for the sites it covers.

We work with DTS only. Everything we source goes to a team that installs it, services it, and tells us honestly when a product is not good enough. Nothing we buy sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer.

For manufacturers

Selling into Pakistan?

If you make equipment in fire safety, power, building automation or IoT, and Pakistan is on your list, here is what working with us looks like.

We are not looking to hold a catalogue. We take on a small number of products and push them properly.

Send Us Your Product Line
  • One point of contact instead of chasing individual contractors
  • A US based company to deal with, in your time zone and on familiar terms
  • An installed base team that services what you sell, so your product does not get a bad name over a support failure
  • Import, customs, documentation and payment handled from our side
  • No channel conflict, because we supply one installer, not five
  • Site level feedback on how your product performs in real conditions here

Closing block

Tell us what you make.

Send your product range and the markets you already cover. If it fits what our projects need, we will come back to you with the sites we have in mind and what volume looks like.
